V.R.Venkatesh is an IT industry veteran with over 28 years of industry experience. He has held multiple senior management positions leading R&D services, Product Engineering services and Innovation initiative at Wipro Technologies. In his career at Wipro Technologies spanning 27 years, Venkatesh has been part of the leadership team that transformed Wipro into a leading Global Provider of IT & Product related Services .

Till March 2010 ,Venkatesh was heading Product Engineering Services as senior Vice President, which provided design services & solutions multiple industry verticals- Automotive Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Devices, Industrial Automation, MedicalDevices, Peripheral Equipment and Embedded Platforms. The design services team had more than 7000 developers. Venkatesh holds M. Tech from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

P. Hariharan – EVP & Co-Founder

P.Hariharan (“Hari”) is the Co-Founder and EVP at ZeeSense. Hari is an IT industry veteran with 29 years experience in technology and business development in diverse roles and in multiple industry verticals. Wipro was Hari’s first job and he was part of the team that started the software business at Wipro.

Hari has held senior management positions in last two decades in organizations ranging from startups to large MNCs. Hari’s management profile includes: CTO - Real Soft Intl, CTO - Quantum BSO, CEO - NextLinx India, GBSD Manager – Verifone and Head of IT Systems - Dubai Drydocks. He carries considerable experience in diverse domains including Contact Centers, IVR, Shipping & Logistics, International Trade & Regulatory Compliance, Payment Solutions and Ship Repair Services. In many of these organisations, his responsibility included Business development, Solution Architecture, Delivery, Organisation Development and Innovation. Hari possesses M.E in Computer science from IISc, Bangalore and also MBA degree (PGSEM) from IIM Bangalore.

Ananda Padmanaban - Director of Engineering

Ananda Padmanaban has twenty-five years of IT industry experience spanning enterprise, communications, process control, internet and embedded software. He has handled various leadership roles such as, Director, Program Manager, Delivery-in-Charge, Chief Architect and Lead Consultant, in diverse business domains such as Enterprise IT, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Semiconductors, Internet, Banking, Financial Trading, e-Commerce and Transportation.

He has worked in Sundaram Clayton, Union Switch & Signal Inc, I.T.Solutions, Satyam Computers and Digité Infotech and later took up independent consulting. In his last job he managed the architecture and delivery of Enterprise Project & Process Management software, which has emerged in three short years as the Market Leader in India and is making waves in the USA & Europe. Later, working as an independent consultant, he lead development of Application Lifecycle Management tool and a Home Healthcare Management solution for US Healthcare providers.Ananda Padmanaban is an electrical engineering graduate from IIT Chennai.
